Overview

Axiom Legal Data ("Axiom", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our website and services.

Information We Collect

  • Contact data you provide: name, work email, company, role, and free‑text details when you submit forms (contact, waitlist, pilot applications).
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and referring URLs, collected through standard server logs and our analytics providers.
  • Security data: reCAPTCHA tokens and associated risk signals to prevent abuse.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Evaluate pilot program applications and manage early‑access programs.
  • Improve our website, content, and product roadmap.
  • Protect our services against spam, fraud, and abuse.

Service Providers

We rely on reputable third parties to operate the site:

  • Resend for email delivery when you submit forms.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect bots and abuse; use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Analytics: We use either Google Analytics (GA4) or Plausible, depending on environment configuration.
  • Sanity for content management of our blog.

Cookies & Analytics

We minimize cookies and use privacy‑respecting analytics. When GA4 is enabled, we use first‑party cookies for aggregated usage metrics. When Plausible is enabled, it operates cookieless by design. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies; the site remains usable.
